Digital integration: HR professionals need the ability to make data-driven and evidence-based decisions and to develop their ability to read, understand, create, and communicate data as information to influence decision making. Also they need to understand the business, its strategy, its customers, and its context. Moreover, all these should be tech-based and enabled by efficient technology tools that are easily integrated, understood and used within the organizations.
DIGITAL WORKING
The increase of remote working requires suitable and well-functioning processes that ensure a digital workplace that supports both your organization and your employees. This requires adjustments in the HR processes, processes for internal communication and remote leadership.

The undergoing process of a shifted mindset within the entire work landscape of business organizations has more profound and sensitive effects. The HR departments already transformed the major aspects of their processes, moving from a collective to a personalized approach.
