FIRST SESSION: CEO TALKS

CREATING A CULTURE OF INCLUSIVE COLLABORATIVE WORK
This year consolidated the new work norms. Leaders of organizations, managers and decision makers embraced the change and turned the challenges into opportunities in their work environment. They have been inspired and inspired the teams at their turn to grow their businesses in a new way. What remained the same and is here to stay, is that working with a purpose and for the greater good is the key to succeed. A true leader at the forefront of change
is that one that embraces the new way of leading, one of a more human-related nature that overpowers the old management system and forge new cultures and approaches of work.

SECOND SESSION

CONSOLIDATING A CULTURE OF CONNECTION AND TRUST
In order to create and consolidate a viable culture of connection within the company, employers and managers have to pay true attention and exercise the empathy to the voice of their teams and employees. They have a say and, as the past years proved, the retention is hard to achieve and must be earned. “People power performance”, was one of the strongest statements of past years and it remains true on a long term. Enabling people’s visibility in the company, having their voice being heard, make them count and engage them in the company’s culture only can lead to a better performance and retaining talents. Trust also means well-being and

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
Diversity and inclusion are two interconnected and very valuable concepts, however, they are also they are far from interchangeable. Diversity is about representation or the make-up of an entity. Inclusion is about how well the contributions, presence, and perspectives of different groups of people are valued and integrated into an environment and organization. The executive teams portray best how much the diversity and inclusion are practiced within the organization and is a huge signifier to the rest of the workforce The top management and leadership of a company speaks loudly about the organizational culture. In fewer words, for an employer, company, team of any kind, it is vital to create an environment where everyone has a feeling of connectedness, inclusion and purpose of its work role and functionality.

THIRD SESSION

HR & EMPLOYER STRATEGIES TO IMPACT CUSTOMER & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
The customer experience and employee experience are directly related to the business organizations’ strategies to find the right way on adjusting, implementing and make them valuable and understood along the organization.
HR leaders and customer experience (CX) leaders collaborate to create better experiences for both employees and customers. The final objective is to create and consolidate loyalty, decrease and prevent attrition and build a strong and valuable branding experience. How are the companies approach the employee engagement, loyalty and fresh insight in work process in 2022?
THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL WORKING & FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE
Workplaces and work functions changed intensely and unescapable in the past years. The almost fully digitalized work, the remote, flexible and hybrid work models made companies to get rid of redundant task frameworks, to take decisions faster and in a more flexible manner. In the same time, the tech-based skills of employees have been put to a test. Needless to say, the mix of generations and the seniority – not to tech-savvy – still face challenges in the new work environment and the new world that changes without previous notice. Innovation is driven by automation, such as self-service tools that remove time-consuming administrative tasks and has to be embraced with open mind and high tolerance at fast-paced change with the outmost focus on technology and digital skills.
